Commission Process

Illustration Commissions

• You will receive high resolution PNG with simple background and transparent background
• Minor revisions are included.
• Sketch previews will be sent for approval before I continue to the final rendering stage.

VTuber Model Design

• You will receive fully separated PSD files prepared for Live2D rigging.
• Character design, outfit details, and color palette will be discussed before work begins.
• Sketch previews will be provided for approval before proceeding to the final artwork.
• Minor revisions during the sketch phase are included.
• Additional major revisions after approval may require an extra fee.

Payment

• 50% payment is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due after the sketch has been approved.
• Payment via debit card or credit card is available (no PayPal account is required for card payments).
• Payment via PayPal is also accepted.

Turnaround Time

• Standard illustrations are usually completed within 3–7 days depending on complexity.
• VTuber model designs may require additional time depending on design complexity and asset separation requirements.

Usage

• Personal use is included with every commission.
• Commercial use, streaming assets, branding, merchandise, or other business related usage must be discussed beforehand.
• The artist retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios and social media unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are available only before work has started.
• Once sketch work has begun, refunds may not be possible.
• If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund will be provided depending on the project stage.
