Payment & Refund Policy

• All digital asset purchases must be paid in full (100% upfront) through the checkout gateway.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate, non returnable nature of digital downloads, all digital asset purchases are final and strictly non refundable.

Usage Rights & Licenses

Exclusive Designs (Single Collector)

• Designs designated as **Exclusive** (such as original character adoptions or exclusive pin designs) are sold to a single collector globally.
• Full commercial rights and ownership of the character/concept design are transferred to the buyer.
• The design will be retired from the shop permanently and never resold.

Repeatable Designs (Multiple Collectors)

• Designs designated as **Repeatable** are licensed to multiple buyers.
• The buyer receives a non exclusive, personal license for streaming, personal avatars, and personal content creation.
• No resale or redistribution rights are granted for repeatable assets.

Restrictions

• You may not claim authorship or copyright of the original artwork created by Aprivyn.
• Reselling, sharing, copying, sub licensing, or redistributing the raw digital design files is strictly prohibited.
• Using the assets for AI training database models, machine learning, or blockchain/NFT minting is strictly prohibited.
